The developer is a family in the inland area of Southern California, "the Walters." It's really Walters & Daughters. Jim is a professor of Christian Ethics who has hiked in the High Sierra for the last 30 years, ever since he moved to Claremont for graduate study. Wendy is a biologist at an environmental consulting firm in Riverside. Christina is a fourth grade teacher at Loma Linda Academy.
