The 27 lots at The Portal Preserve
will be available in several phases:
- Phase 1: Lots 4-6.
- Phase 2: Lots 1-3, 10-12, 19-20.
- Phase 3: Lots 7-9, 13-18, 21-27.

Phases:
When the first phase is sold out, the second phase will be developed--installation of Valley View Drive and the east end of Mt. Langley Lane, and accompanying underground utilities.
Cost:
The price of the lots will be determined as one or more lots are made available.
Interest List:
An interest list is being compiled, composed of those who have submitted the contact information page, available on this website.
What utilities will be included?
The developer is providing both underground electric power and telephone. Homeowners will provide their own septic systems. Whether the developer provides a well is negotiable. Tests show the water table is uniformly 50-55' below ground level.
When will lots be available?

The development was stalled for four years because of a prolonged lawsuit, but that is now history. The three lots composing phase 1 should be available beginning in the summer, 2010. Phases 2 and 3 will be sold over the next several years--depending on demand.
